Follow the workflow
- For text, compare names, numbers, dates, scope and promises with the source. Treat fluent wording as unverified until checked.
- For images, inspect exact text, logos, hands, geometry and any implied representation of a real item. For audio, listen to every word.
- For video, watch the entire export with sound, inspect transitions and sync, then check readability on a small screen. A project preview can differ from an export.
- For publication, open the saved file and later the public URL yourself. A copy click, download gesture or destination link is not evidence that publication succeeded. Record what was actually checked and what remains unknown.

Common problem and recovery
When a check fails, preserve the source and correct that output. Do not rename a failure as a limitation without explaining its effect.
