Public website tools
Script duration, script checks, content briefs and the tool chooser calculate in your browser. We do not send their input text to our server, analytics or an AI provider, and do not save it in browser storage. Text remains in the open page until you copy or download it; navigating away or reloading can lose it. Browser extensions and device software are outside this website’s control.
Downloads and clipboard
Copy actions write the selected output to your clipboard if permitted. Text downloads create a local file through your browser. Keep downloaded files appropriately protected if you put private information in them. The original checklist is a public PDF.
Website hosting
Cloudflare serves the site and may process technical request information to deliver and protect it, such as IP address, requested path, browser information and security events. This public site does not add an advertising pixel or behavior-analytics script in this release.
Paid-launch updates
The optional form on Pricing sends your email address and explicit permission to the Build Then Post app’s server. We store the normalized address, consent version, source page and submission time to send a paid-launch update—not a general newsletter, third-party marketing signup or purchase. Duplicate requests do not create multiple entries. No automatic email is sent by submitting the form.
Spam protection uses a keyed fingerprint of the request’s network address and temporary request counts; this table does not store the raw network address. Cloudflare may separately process technical request information. You can withdraw your request or ask for deletion by emailing [email protected] from the submitted address. The list is manually administered; requests are not published or shared with other app users.
Email and external links
If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments to handle your request. Do not send secrets or unnecessary personal information. Opening an external provider’s link takes you to that provider, whose information practices apply there. Tool answers are not embedded in those links.
The separate creator app
At app.buildthenpost.com, accounts, session authentication and saved text use server-side services. Studio recording files remain in the open page until you save them externally; this website expansion does not introduce video uploads or cloud video storage. Consult the app’s own notices and settings for account information and requests. The public tools do not read your private app workspace. Finish Desk can save cover text and layout settings to your account when you explicitly choose to save; photos are not uploaded.
