Follow the workflow
- Write the steps from the actual demonstration. Identify details the viewer needs to see before adding narration.
- Record your voice first if that solves the task. For generated narration, choose an authorized voice and check provider terms before use.
- Approve the text before generating audio. Test names, numbers and unusual terms in a short sample.
- Align each spoken action with the matching visual. This off-camera workflow does not require altering a visible speaker’s mouth.
- Listen to the full export, proof captions if added in your editor, save it externally and upload manually.
Worked example · illustrative, not a reported result
Fictional shot/audio pair Visual: moving “charge cables” to the night-before list. Narration: “This is the step we moved earlier, so we are not looking for cables as we leave.” Check: the visual actually shows the edit; no synthetic image is presented as a real trip.

Common problem and recovery
If narration is too fast, shorten the wording or lengthen the relevant shot. Do not stretch speech until it becomes unnatural.
