Who this helps: Small-business owners
Bring: Approved service scope, common questions and one contact destination.
Follow the workflow
- Pick a question that prevents a good customer from moving forward: what to prepare, what the process involves or what is outside scope.
- Build a brief using only approved facts. Keep missing price, area and availability details visible instead of guessing.
- Draft a written post, then a separate short spoken explanation. Use an original demonstration or neutral process illustration where appropriate.
- Approve both versions, publish manually and record actual questions or inquiries without exposing customer information.
Worked example · illustrative, not a reported result
Fictional business journey: estimate-preparation question → facts about a photo and approximate size → useful post → spoken version explaining those two inputs → approved estimate-form link. No discount or guarantee is invented.
Before you move on
- Service promises approved.
- Private customer information excluded.
- Contact link actually works.
Common problem and recovery
If a tool produces an unsupported offer, remove it. Clear scope is more valuable than a persuasive claim the business cannot honor.
